You can make skirmish and galactic conquest maps, but I'm 90% sure you can't make campaign maps unless someone can provide a link to a mod with a custom campaign that doesn't just tweak the existing maps.EAWKey - Function to Key assignment Tool for "Star Wars Empire at War".
